At VivaGifts, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time for customized products is longer than that of non-customized products. It usually takes between 7-12 days for customized products to be delivered, while non-customized products are usually delivered within 6-8 days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and other circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, and shipping delays.

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner, if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Express Delivery Time

At our ecommerce site, we offer express delivery within 3-5 working days for your convenience. This service comes with an additional charge, which will be displayed at the checkout.

We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we strive to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of unexpected delay, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and provide you with a new estimated delivery date as soon as possible. However, we do not allow order cancellation in such cases, as we will still make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.

If your express delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date by more than 24 hours, we will refund the express delivery charges to you.

 

Return Policy

If your replacement request is approved, we will ship new product within 2-3 working days to your address at no additional cost to you. We may or may not ask you to return the damaged product as per our convenience.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product that you have ordered through express delivery. We strive to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

We will ship new product within 1 working day to your address at no additional cost to you. In this case, please note that new product will be sent via standard delivery only. We may or may not ask you to return the damaged product as per our convenience.

Return Policy For Wrong Product Delivered

For Product Ordered With Standard Delivery Or Express Delivery

If you receive a wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require a full unboxing video before proceeding with your replacement request. This is to ensure that we can process your claim promptly and accurately.

Slight differences in products won’t be considered as wrong product, as there may be slight differences depending on uploaded product photo’s photography and lighting effects.

In case the your product has been delivered to another customer and you got other’s, we will take full responsibility for the mistake and arrange pickup from the other’s address and get it delivered to you and same has to be followed by you.

If possible we will send a new part of product with your customization which can be fixed to the one which is already received.

We will ensure that the correct product is delivered to you at the earliest. This replacement product will be shipped to you via standard delivery and will reach you within 7-10 working days.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all the accessories, manuals, and other items that were included in the original package. Any product that is returned without its original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a replacement.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the wrong product delivery, and we assure you that we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Please note that our team will make the final decision on whether a refund or replacement will be issued based on the nature of the issue and the product’s condition. We may also ask you to provide pictures or videos of the product to help us with our investigation.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order.

There may be cases when we won’t be able to approve your return or replacement request without unboxing video so make sure you make full unboxing video without any cuts when you open the package for first time.
