Paper Wrapping: Securely wrap the garland with sturdy paper or newspaper to protect it during transit.
Box Packing: If you are packing in a box, then make sure box dimensions doesn’t exceed 20x20x10cm, if it exceeds then just use paper.
Garland Shipping: Depending on the design size, consider shipping only one garland per package to ensure adequate protection.
Additional Charges: Be aware that extra heavy charges may apply for parcels exceeding the recommended sizes or weight limits.
Avoid Polybags: Do not pack garlands in polybags or plastic bags, as they offer insufficient protection and ruined your garland completely.
Proper packaging minimizes the risk of damage during transit and helps avoid additional shipping costs.

All our products are handcrafted using the flowers and materials you provide. Final results may vary slightly due to natural factors like flower condition, color changes during resin curing, and the handmade process. While we do our best to match your preferences, exact replication of reference images isn’t guaranteed.
As each item is fully customized, no cancellations, refunds, or design changes are allowed once the order is placed.
For epoxy preservation, please send only dry flowers. Fresh ones may discolor or get damaged. You can air-dry, press, or use silica gel for best results.
If you want to add any special elements like pearls or kaliras, please let us know at the time of order. We only use what you send unless discussed in advance.
VivaGifts is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, as third-party courier services are used for pickup, in case of lost shipment refund of amount paid will be provided.

Delivery Time
The entire varmala preservation process takes around 4-7 weeks from pickup to final delivery.
Each frame is completely handmade and customised with utmost care. The resin process involves multiple layers for a flawless finish and every layer requires 1-2 days to dry naturally. Some designs may take longer depending on the size, flowers, and level of customisation.
